TriplInduc® is a material developed by Demeyere that assures you can switch from one type of heating element (gas, electric, induction, etc) to another. Apollo cookware is equipped with Silvinox®, a unique electro-chemical surface treatment system that assures that the surface will remain silvery white for years to come.
