Does anyone have a good recipe for homemade lolipops?

Ms. Sokoloff posts:

My friend in grade school used to bring these for our holiday party – her mom made them. They were so delicious too. They were cotton-candy flavored and had a really delicate sweet flavor similar to marshmallows.

I can give you the recipe for making toffee apples, when my mam had any toffee left she would make us lollies out of it they were lovely.
you need a pan of boiling water, add two cups of sugar some red coloring and strawberry flavoring. boil until the bubbles slow down, you have to watch it all the time because as soon as the bubbles slow down it can burn if your not careful, to test if it is ready have a cup of very cold water and a spoon as the bubbles slow down dip the spoon in the toffee and then back in the cold water when it stays on the spoon try it, when it is crunchy and doesn’t stick to your teeth then it’s ready switch of the heat and pour onto a greased metal plate or metal dish you can make shapes and lay a lollie stick on them, when there cold there ready to eat mmmmmmmmm
