    I think you should start by buying some wine and then selling it

    You will need a high rent location like west Hollywood or South OC. And you will need a tie in with one or two quality wineries in order to afford the tasting. But there is a lot of competition. Probably not a good idea.

    Yes move to Temecula it is fast becoming a Napa Valley South! I use to live just behind Thorton Winery and they have smooth jazz concerts with big names, a 5 start restaurant and wine tasting. They started in a small house. But small wine shops are popping up all over and people tend to flock to the source for wine. Newport Beach and Laguna would be some great choices also.
