What Is The Best Sparkling Wine?

I’m getting married and I want to pick out a nice (yet, inexpensive) bottle of sparkling wine. When I say inexpensive, I mean less than $10 because I’m going to ned 30+ bottles. FYI – I’m not looking for dry wine either. All advice is welcome. Thanks!
The wine that I’ve enjoyed most is Moscato D’ Asti Strev.

There is so much good sparkling wine out there. You won’t have any problem with that budget. Go by 3 different bottles between $7 and $10. $30 investment, you’ll find one that works. Guaranteed.

you may actually be able to find great wine at that price because you will be buying a large quantity. i suggest you find local wine retailers, tell them your requirements and request a tasting.
