What’s Brewing? Top Chefs compete

Eight of the best pastry chefs in the United States will be in Grand Rapids this weekend to vie for a spot on the US Pastry World Cup Team…and you’re invited to watch them create. GRCC is opening the doors of their Secchia Institute for Culinary Education for this one of a kind event. GRCC Professor and Certified Master Pastry Chef Gilles Renusson is bringing together the founder of the competition plus several five star judges including Kerry Vincent of the Food Network Challenge.
